Please contact either Gigantic Tickets or The Motorpoint Arena depending on where you purchased tickets, EM-Con will only refer you to either of those ticket sellers.
Refunds
Refunds on VIP passes are unavailable, so please take this into account when purchasing. Occasionally a guest will need to cancel their appearance due to work commitments; if this happens EM-Con reserves the right to replace a guest with a like-for-like alternative (generally someone from the same show or film) this is applicable for any combination pass or colour pass.
